Does any of this sound familiar?
You fell in love with dressage because of its beauty, but now you wonder why so many horses seem broken down instead of built up.
You want to progress in the sport—but not at the cost of your horse’s soundness, longevity, or happiness.
You’ve seen horses pushed into frames, forced into submission, or trained in ways that cause tension rather than true balance.
You believe in developing an athlete, not just producing movements—but you’re struggling to find guidance that aligns with that belief.
You’ve watched horses suffer from mystery lamenesses, persistent tension, or burnout and wonder: Is there a better way?
You want to train with science-backed methods that support your horse’s body rather than working against it.
You know there’s a missing piece—something beyond traditional methods that could help your horse truly thrive.
If any of this resonates, you're not alone! There is a way to love dressage AND honor the horse. That's what we are here for.
The equestrian world can feel divided, but true progress happens when we come together. This is a space for open-minded riders who want to support one another in putting the horse first.
Dressage should build horses up, not break them down. By integrating classical principles with modern science, we can develop sound, thriving athletes without force or compromise.
Too many horses break before anyone asks why. Understanding biomechanics, postural health, and early warning signs can help prevent career-ending injuries before they happen.
A truly great dressage horse isn’t just successful in the arena, they are happy, healthy, and sound for years to come. Let’s train in a way that supports their well-being at every stage.
I believe in a way of training that truly honors the horse—one that supports their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Developing a sound, thriving athlete isn’t just about what happens in the saddle.
I’ve dedicated years to deepening my understanding of biomechanics, rehabilitation, and nervous system regulation, alongside proper nutrition, hoof balance, dentistry, and integrative therapies. This well-rounded approach allows me to recognize what each horse needs to truly thrive—ensuring their longevity, soundness, and overall well-being while staying true to the essence of dressage.
My love for the horses I’m blessed to work with has always driven me to ask deeper questions and challenge the “norm.”
A way of training that allows horses to flourish, not just submit to endless pressure.
If you’re looking for a horse-first approach that blends classical principles with a deep understanding of biomechanics, rehabilitation, and equine wellness—one that challenges outdated norms and paves the way for a better future—then you’re in the right place.
This journey began with deep questioning and an unshakable desire to understand why so many horses were struggling in a sport meant to develop them into happy, healthy athletes.
I had seen horses break down—physically and mentally. Traditional care, domestication challenges, and outdated training methods often fell short of setting them up for long-term success. But it wasn’t until my own horse, Rockstar, faced a heartbreaking, unexplained lameness and neurologic decline that I truly began to question everything.
That search led me to equine rehabilitation, biomechanics, alternative therapies, and holistic horse care, revealing a better way—one that fosters balance, harmony, and true athletic development without force or compromise.
This is for the riders who are ready to listen more, force less, and train with greater awareness.
If that resonates with you, welcome to this evolution in dressage.
Too many horses struggle with tension, breakdowns, and chronic discomfort in a sport that should be developing them into sound, thriving athletes. Training is just one piece of the puzzle—true development requires a foundation of balanced biomechanics, proper postural health, and supportive care.
Through a whole-horse approach, I help riders and their horses find sustainable, ethical, and effective ways to reach their full potential—without force or compromise.
